We hope you love what you ordered from Fine Things Boutique & Florist and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price subject to these guidelines.
Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We will gladly accept returns of online purchases from Fine Things Boutique & Florist or you may return online purchases at our store location. Items purchased at our retail store locations must be returned to a Fine Things Boutique & Florist.
With original receipt (your packing slip/invoice), we will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 7 days of purchase. If a gift card was used, a new gift card will be issued. Items must be unworn and have price tickets attached. Washed or worn merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. If you do not have your original receipt, please contact Customer Service at 404-720-0997.
